The ideal candidate should have a good combination of Motor Insurance knowledge + Excel expertise + practical understanding of grid preparation. We are specifically looking for someone who can independently understand different insurer grids and convert them into a common, usable format for the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and consolidate motor grids received from various insurance companies.
- Convert different insurer formats into one standardized grid format.
- Analyze and incorporate all relevant factors while preparing the grid.
- Prepare region-wise and overall grids for the Sales Team.
- Regularly update grids based on changes received from insurance companies.




- Coordinate with the relevant teams wherever clarification or additional information is required.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of the grid before circulation to the Sales Team.
- Maintain proper records and versions of all grids.

Key Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance products and their various parameters.
- Positive command of MS Excel, including the ability to work with large data sets and prepare structured formats.
- Practical knowledge of grid creation and consolidation, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Ability to understand and compare different insurer grids and identify relevant factors.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Motor Insurance/Grid Management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
