About Adwants /n Adwants is a strategy-led communication collective creating data-informed, multi-media brand experiences. We work closely with brands to build meaningful, long-term impact through creative thinking and experimentation. /n /n Role /n We are looking for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to create engaging motion content for digital, social media and brand campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n Create motion graphics, animations, reels and video content based on creative briefs. /n Animate typography, illustrations, graphics and visual elements. /n Edit and enhance video content when required. /n Develop storyboards and translate ideas into engaging visual content. /n Collaborate with designers,
copywriters and strategists. /n Apply feedback and deliver work within timelines. /n Maintain quality and consistency with brand guidelines. /n /n Requirements /n 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics/design. /n Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro. /n Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. /n Strong understanding of animation, design and visual storytelling. /n Good eye for composition, typography and detail. /n Strong portfolio showcasing motion and video work. /n Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a quick-paced environment.
