Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Module Lead with a solid background in Node.js and React to lead our development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality software solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, and the candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to Salesforce-related projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead software development from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilize Node.js and React to develop and maintain web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.




- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, particularly in Node.js, React, and Salesforce.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong proficiency in Node.js is a deal breaker.
- Extensive experience with React for building user interfaces.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Salesforce and its ecosystem.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of database management systems and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
