Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced

MODA L4 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical and functional support for the MODA application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex application issues, ensuring system stability, and supporting infrastructure-related activities such as instrument configuration updates and server installations. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of the MODA platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide

Level 4 operational support for the MODA application.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, system, and performance issues.

- Investigate root causes and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.

- Support instrument configuration file updates and related system configurations.

- Perform server installation, configuration, and maintenance activities for MODA environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business users to resolve critical production issues.





- Participate in system upgrades, patches, deployments, and environment maintenance.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements applicable to Life Sciences environments.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in

MODA application support

.

- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with server installation, configuration, and system administration.

- Knowledge of instrument configuration and file management within MODA.

- Positive understanding of MODA application architecture and operational workflows.

- Functional knowledge of laboratory processes supported by MODA.

- Experience working in a regulated

Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical environment is preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
