Experience :
– Responsible for timely payment collection according to the payment plan as well as to preparing MIS.
– Coordinating with other staff/Sales members to ensure a smooth and productive collection activities.
– Monitor the Day-to-Day financial operations within the company.
– Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
– Need to follow-up with clients for payment.
– Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
– Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
– Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
– Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
– Solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
– Candidates from Real Estate Industry is Preferred.
