Key Responsibilities:
Solicit budgetary and firm RFQs from customers and ensure timely submission of quotations.
Identify recent projects and continuously expand customer base.
Conduct cold calls and field visits to generate recent business opportunities.
Deliver annual and quarterly sales targets for assigned territories.
Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals including:
Product selection
Costing & pricing
Commercial terms
Coordinate effectively with internal departments for timely and error-free quotation submissions.
Maintain regular and meaningful customer visits (India & overseas).
Conduct technical discussions and lead negotiations independently.
Proactively track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Take additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Essential Experience:




Minimum 12+ years in Industrial Sales.
At least 6 years of:
Cold calling
Field sales
Technical discussions
Commercial negotiations
Overseas direct sales experience (field visits & negotiation) Preferred.
Proven track record of achieving assigned sales targets.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
Strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge.
Experience in technical/solution selling.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Robust team collaboration and leadership ability.
Strategic thinking and prospect scanning capability.
DISC Profiling / Thomas Profiling exposure Preferred.

Software Proficiency:
SAP
MS Office
CAD (Preferred but not mandatory)
