About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer for a Delhi-based public affairs and communications team.

The person will work on high-frequency digital communication around public affairs, governance, national events and current developments. We need someone who can understand a communication brief quickly and turn it into a solid visual without requiring extensive hand-holding.

Speed matters, but so do accuracy, visual judgement and restraint.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos, reels, speech clips and event videos for digital platforms
Identify robust moments from speeches and longer videos and convert them into short digital content
Add Hindi/English subtitles, captions and on-screen text accurately
Create graphics around data, government initiatives, events and current developments
Produce content rapidly in response to breaking news and live events
Create social media creatives, quote cards, infographics, thumbnails and event graphics
Resize and adapt creatives for X, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms




Maintain visual consistency across content
Coordinate closely with content and research teams
Handle multiple time-sensitive assignments simultaneously

Skills Required
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
After Effects or similar motion-graphics skills would be an advantage
Canva may be used, but candidates should be capable of creating original designs beyond templates
Solid understanding of social-media video formats and dimensions
Comfortable working with Hindi typography and Devanagari
Basic understanding of current affairs and public communication

Experience: Preferably 2–4 years

Shortlisted candidates may also be given a practical editing/design assignment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
