MD General Medicine
DNB General Medicine
Valid NMC / Maharashtra Medical Council Registration
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct General Medicine OPD consultations
Manage IPD and emergency medical cases
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Manage hypertension, diabetes, infections, respiratory and other medical disorders
Interpret laboratory investigations, ECG and diagnostic reports
Develop appropriate treatment plans and provide follow-up care
Coordinate with other specialists and ICU teams when required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Consultant Cardiologist
DM Cardiology
DrNB Cardiology
Conduct Cardiology OPD consultations and manage IPD patients
Diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases and cardiac emergencies
Evaluate patients with chest pain, hypertension, heart failure and arrhythmias
Interpret ECG, Echocardiography, TMT and other cardiac investigations as per expertise
Manage acute cardiac emergencies and coordinate with ICU/Emergency teams
Perform cardiac procedures as per expertise and hospital privileges
Provide pre- and post-procedure care
Counsel patients regarding treatment, lifestyle modification and follow-up
Maintain accurate clinical records and procedure documentation
Experience
Experienced candidates preferred
Candidates with independent clinical experience will be given preference
