Key Responsibilities
Observe consultations, clinical procedures, rounds, and other relevant medical activities.
Gain exposure to hospital clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.
Observe patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up processes.
Attend departmental meetings, case discussions, academic sessions, and clinical presentations as permitted.
Familiarize themselves with medical documentation and hospital workflow.
Maintain qualified conduct and confidentiality at all times.
Follow all hospital policies, infection-control guidelines, and safety procedures.
Perform only those activities specifically permitted under the observership program and hospital regulations.
