We are looking for a Construction safety supervisor & Please find below the roles and responsibilities:
Robust knowledge of construction safety standards, procedures & best practices etc.
Knowledge of precast erection activities, lifting operations, rigging , work at height safety & crane safety requirements etc.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk assessment program to mitigate risks associated with precast concrete structures.
Collaborate with project teams to develop incident management plans and procedures for emergency response situations.
Provide training to employees on industrial safety best practices, including erection techniques.
Provide training to employees on industrial safety best practices, conducting toll box talks & awareness program.
