Business Development Consultant | Management & Sustainability Consulting

Location : Jasola, Recent Delhi

Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Consultant to drive business growth for our Management Consulting and Sustainability/ESG services. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate recent business opportunities and leads.
Connect with potential clients for Management, Sustainability & ESG consulting services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with consulting teams for suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely deal closure.
Maintain client records and track business opportunities.




Stay updated on management, ESG, sustainability, climate, and regulatory trends.
Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust business development and client-handling abilities.
Interest/understanding of Management Consulting, Sustainability & ESG.
Good research and MS Office skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Marketing, or related field. Prior experience in business development, consulting, or sustainability will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
