Alopna Software is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive – IT Services to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms.
Identify potential clients interested in website development, mobile app development, software development, e-commerce, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.
Contact prospects, introduce Alopna Software's services, and understand their business requirements.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Prepare and share proposals and quotations with clients.
Negotiate with prospects and work towards converting leads into successful projects.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.




Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Basic understanding of website, mobile app, software, or digital marketing services.
Comfortable with cold calling and online lead generation.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms for client outreach.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Candidates with experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Software Sales will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
