Medical Representatives (MRs) looking to transition into hospital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement hospital marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and brand visibility.
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies and other referral partners.
Conduct regular field visits and generate current referral opportunities.
Promote hospital services, specialties, health packages and medical programs.
Coordinate with consultants and internal departments for marketing activities.
Organize health camps, CME programs, awareness campaigns and corporate health initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead-generation records and marketing MIS.
Achieve monthly targets for referrals, leads and business generation.
Represent the hospital professionally and maintain robust relationships with external stakeholders.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
