We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – Logistics to manage inbound and outbound logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, inventory movement, MIS reporting, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation.
Maintain logistics records, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and present operational data when required.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
Experience in logistics coordination and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.).
Experience in MIS preparation and reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
