Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT services and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT services and applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Implement best practices for IT service management and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Robust understanding of IT services management principles and practices.
Experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
