Job Requirements
Solid understanding of IT services management principles and practices.
Experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
