We are looking for energetic and self-motivated professionals to identify potential residential and commercial interior projects through field visits, door knocking, site sourcing, and local networking. The role focuses on generating quality leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door visits in apartments, villas, and commercial buildings.
Identify ongoing and upcoming construction/interior projects.
Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial interiors.
Collect customer details and project requirements.
Explain the company's interior solutions and invite prospects to the Experience Centre.
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales/design team.
Build relationships with apartment associations, builders, architects, and contractors.
Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, appointments, and conversions.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
Any Graduate or Diploma.
0–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, real estate, or interior sourcing.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
