We are seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer with AWS serverless experience to join our Scrum team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable web application and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves hands-on development responsibilities, including overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to ensure their ongoing reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Python.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.




Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve the development process.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute individually to the development efforts as needed, including coding and debugging.

Requirements:
Solid understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Valuable Experience with Python & AWS Serverless application development.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML / CSS /JavaScript / any up-to-date front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Proficiency in database design and management, particularly with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Should be ready to learn new technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are key.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
