Job Responsibilities
Oversee legal operations in real estate, banking, and investment sectors.
Conduct due diligence and title verification for property deals.
Draft and negotiate land acquisition, financing, and sale documents.
Manage project registration under RERA and ensure legal compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advocates to resolve legal issues.
Approve marketing materials and handle customer complaints.
Collaborate with banks for mortgage registration and security creation.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the business.

Skills Required
Enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council.
10+ years of experience in real estate law, RERA, and property regulations.




Solid skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
Knowledge of stamp duty, registration laws, and real estate transactions.
Familiarity with local authority processes in Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Goa.
