Job summary: Carry out service of all lifts safely in his assigned route specific

Responsibilities:

· 100 % Service completion

· Keep all elevator equipment clean and free of debris.

· Must maintain a clean and organized work area

· Perform regular preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and avoid unnecessary repairs.

· Resolve customer complaints related to maintenance

· Respond to customer complaints and concerns

· Maintain Positive customer relationship.

· First time fix Right

· Must follow all safety protocols when working with elevator equipment

· Faster response to the breakdown (< 2Hrs from the time of call is registered)

· Lesser down time of the lifts ( Time taken to put back the lift in service )

· Timely submission of service reports

· Overall equipment safety & reliability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
