Roles and Responsibility
Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft Dynamics applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of Microsoft Dynamics configurations and processes.
Ensure data integrity and security in Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
Job Requirements
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; or similar versions.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics architecture and functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the recruitment industry and its unique challenges.
