Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of Asian dishes as per standard recipes
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment
Follow kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines
Requirements
Relevant experience in Chinese Cuisine
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
