Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Staff member to join our logistics and inventory team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, stocking, and shipping goods efficiently. You will play a crucial part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and delivering exceptional service to our customers by preparing orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and report any issues to the supervisor.
Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory using pick sheets, pack items securely, and prepare packages for shipment.
Inventory Control: Organize stock, update inventory systems, and participate in regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Shipping & Distribution: Assist with loading outgoing delivery trucks and preparing necessary shipping labels and documentation.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized,



and secure working workplace by disposing of packaging materials and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or inventory role is a plus.
Comfort working on your feet for extended periods (8+ hour shifts).
Basic literacy, math, and computer skills for reading pick sheets and entering data.

Soft Skills & Abilities
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Robust time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications.
Experience with warehouse management.
Experience of 2+ years in warehouse management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
