Job Role = Legal Officer

Qualification: LL.B. with Bar Council enrollment (LL.M. preferred)
Key Areas:
Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Providing legal advice to management and departments.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handling litigation, legal notices, and court matters.
Coordinating with external advocates and legal consultants.
Conducting legal research and risk assessments.
Managing regulatory filings and documentation.
Supporting dispute resolution, arbitration, and negotiations.




Maintaining legal records and case files.
Monitoring changes in laws that may affect the organization.
Familiarity with UGC Regulations and higher education compliance frameworks
Experience in litigation, court procedures, RTI, and disciplinary matters
Exposure to arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution
Robust legal research and case law analysis skills
Proficiency in MS Office and e-filing/documentation systems
Excellent communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail

Salary: As per University Norms.

(Note: Minimum 5 years of advocacy practice is required for all the positions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
