Draughtsman for Real Estate Company

Ability to read & understand Architectural construction drawings specifications, Update red mark drawings

· Create & Maintain CAD library

· Prepare drawings from very complex sketches, notes, details and/or verbal instructions, Knowledge of Municipal drawing required.

· Robust working knowledge of core 3D Max CADD applications such as Revit, Sketchup, 3D Rendering & PPT

· Experience on MicroStation Connect preferred.

· Capable of handling multiple Revit files and should be able to work on Revit projects independently.

· Preparation of GFC / Working drawings for execution purpose. Co-ordinate with Team, various consultants and understanding Project requirement and resolving the challenges.

· Positive knowledge of all online Govt. web sites.

· Experience in leading the modeling-related tasks and coordinating with clients to get the deliverables completed on schedule and budget.

· Need to visit & co-ordinate with Officials of BMC, Estate Dept, Planning Dept. etc. as on when required.

· Positive communication skills

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
