Position: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Interior Projects
Department: Projects / Operations
Reporting To: General Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities:
Multiple interior projects ka end-to-end management karna.
Project planning, execution, timelines aur quality ko monitor karna.
Site teams, project managers, designers, vendors aur contractors ko coordinate karna.
Client meetings aur client relationship management handle karna.
Project costing, budgets, BOQ, procurement aur material planning par control rakhna.
Vendors/contractors ke saath negotiation aur commercial terms finalize karna.
Project delays, quality issues aur site-related problems ko resolve karna.
Team ki performance monitor karna aur productivity improve karna.
Company ke SOPs, safety standards aur quality standards ensure karna.
Management ko project status, profitability aur operational reports provide karna.




Current business prospects aur client references generate karne mein support karna.
Overall project profitability aur timely handover ki responsibility lena.

Required Experience:
Interior / Turnkey / Construction / Fit-out industry mein 8–15+ years ka experience.
Large-scale residential, commercial, retail, hospitality ya corporate interior projects ka experience preferred.
Robust team leadership, client handling aur negotiation skills.
AutoCAD, MS Excel, Project Management software ka working knowledge preferred.
