Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor civil construction projects from start to completion.
Lead project teams, site engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve technical, site, and project-related issues.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of works.
Review measurements, RA bills, variations, and cost implications.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
Prepare and submit project progress reports and MIS to management.
Manage project risks, delays, and necessary corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation, approvals,



and project records.
Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines for smooth project execution.
Ensure successful project handover and completion within the approved time, cost, and quality parameters.

Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale building projects is preferred.
Robust knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and quality management.
Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
