Job Description
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and closure targets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
Coordinate with clients/hiring managers and understand recruitment requirements.
Track team performance, recruitment MIS, TAT, interviews, selections, and joining ratios.
Mentor recruiters and improve team productivity and sourcing strategies.
Robust knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
Prior experience in recruitment consultancy/staffing/RPO preferred.
