Core Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP modules.
Analyze business requirements and help translate them into SAP solutions.
Support system testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
Participate in SAP data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Monitor SAP system performance and report issues to senior consultants.
Provide first-level support to end users and troubleshoot basic SAP issues.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SAP best practices.
Technical Responsibilities
Execute SAP transactions and perform system checks.
Support master data management activities.
Assist in report generation and data analysis.
Learn and work with SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or ABAP based on project requirements.
Help maintain system configurations and documentation.
