Hiring: Bartender

Aura Bar Cum Lounge is looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Handle bar equipment, glassware and cocktail/mocktail preparation.
Maintain proper bar hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
Manage bar stock, inventory and wastage control.
Provide excellent guest service and maintain a qualified attitude.
Follow company SOPs, safety and responsible serving practices.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bartender preferred.
Positive knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer and other beverages.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced lounge setting.
Well-groomed, disciplined and team-oriented candidates preferred.
