Role & responsibilities
Handle clients and understand their property requirements.
Generate new leads through calls, references, and other sources.
Promote and explain residential/commercial property projects.
Arrange property visits and coordinate with clients.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Valuable presentation and follow-up skills.
Candidates with real estate/sales experience will be preferred.
