About the Role

We are building a new-age staffing and workforce solutions company focused on the Indian market. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Head to build the business from the ground up, drive client acquisition, generate staffing mandates and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.

This is a founding leadership role with significant ownership in shaping the sales strategy, building the client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for the Indian staffing market.
Identify target industries, companies and decision-makers with staffing and workforce requirements.
Build relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, hiring managers and business owners.
Generate current client opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, industry events and partnerships.
Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and requirement generation to negotiation, closure and client onboarding.
Develop strategic partnerships and build a solid, sustainable client pipeline.




Establish sales processes, targets and performance metrics, and progressively build the business development team.

What We’re Looking For
8–10 years of experience in Indian staffing, recruitment sales, workforce solutions or B2B business development.
Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation in the Indian staffing industry.
Strong network among corporates, HR leaders and decision-makers is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of staffing models, commercial negotiations and client requirements.
Excellent communication, consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build a business from zero to one.
