Purpose:

The School Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the school's educational programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role involves frequent engagement with School Leaders, School Core Group, teaching staff, monitoring

sessions, and maintaining program integrity.

The Manager is also responsible for data analysis, and school reporting.

Role and responsibilities:
Lesson Observation: Conduct lesson observations of all teachers in the Schools assigned to assess teaching methodologies and ensure adherence to curriculum standards.
Micro Teaching Attendance and Follow-up: Attend micro teaching sessions weekly and provide necessary follow-up support to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Contact Session Attendance and Follow-up: Attend contact sessions weekly, engaging with teachers and providing necessary support and feedback.
Notebook Audits: Conduct audits of student notebooks and written work to ensure completeness and quality of academic work.
Tracker Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of weekly trackers to monitor and assess various aspects of the educational programs.
Support in Recruitment of Teachers:



Provide support in the recruitment process of every teacher recruitment in the schools assigned
Induction Training of Recent Teachers: Support in the conduct of induction training for current teachers as and when appointed.
Round-the-Year Training (School Specific): Organize regular and customized training sessions based on school-specific needs
University : Coordinate with University and ensure effective calendar roll out
Maintenance of Quality of School Programs: Ensure continuous improvement and high quality of school programs through periodic reviews
Oversee COWB (Centre Of Well Being) Functioning: Conduct weekly overview of COWB functions to ensure alignment with educational goals for students with special needs
Written Report on School Working & Progress: Prepare and submit weekly written reports on school operations and progress to the reporting Manager
School Audit: Conduct comprehensive audits of the school twice a year.
Support in Keeping Admission Counselors Updated: Provide necessary updates to admission counselors regarding the latest school initiatives.
Data Analytics: Undertake marks, result analysis and give insights to support the academics, especially in the DAKSH programme.
