Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python RAG Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in building Generative AI applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. The ideal candidate should have solid Python development skills, experience with LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and up-to-date AI orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize RAG-based AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Integrate LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
Develop semantic search and document retrieval systems using vector databases.
Implement chunking, embedding generation, indexing, and retrieval mechanisms.
Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
Develop REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
Optimize AI application performance, scalability, and response quality.
Collaborate with data engineers, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders.
Ensure security, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions.

Required Skills
Solid proficiency in Python programming.




Hands-on experience in RAG architecture and Generative AI applications.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
Experience with vector databases such as:
Pinecone
ChromaDB
FAISS
Azure AI Search
Weaviate
Milvus
Understanding of embeddings and semantic search concepts.
Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure OpenAI Services.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2 to 5 years of software development experience with Python.
Experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI projects in production environments.

Nice to Have
Experience with multimodal AI applications.
Knowledge of NLP, transformers, and Hugging Face ecosystem.
Exposure to agentic AI workflows and AI governance frameworks.
