Hopex Support Resource Expectations
The candidate should have solid experience in AWS Windows Administration, including:
Supporting AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, Security Groups, Backup, and Recovery.
Monitoring AWS resources for availability, capacity, performance, and security compliance.
Performing patch management and vulnerability management.
Experience in Hopex support is desirable; however, given the limited availability of Hopex resources globally and the project timelines, the resource can be trained on Hopex if they have solid AWS administration skills.
