Job Description – Accounts ExecutivePosition

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payment reconciliation, bank reconciliation, financial reconciliation, and cash reconciliation, along with a robust understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Perform payment reconciliation to ensure all incoming and outgoing payments are accurately recorded.
Conduct bank reconciliation by matching bank statements with company financial records and resolving discrepancies.
Carry out financial reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial transactions across various accounts.
Manage cash reconciliation by verifying cash collections, payments, and balances.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.




Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
Prepare financial reports and support management with accounting-related information.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Apx Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills
Experience handling payment, bank, financial, and cash reconciliations.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Valuable communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
