Role & responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product engineering process for industrial air compressors including design, development, testing, and validation.
Manage and mentor a team of product engineers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to improve product reliability and manufacturability.
Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to integrate components and technologies effectively.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous product enhancements and innovations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and process instructions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product performance and quality standards.
Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for product engineering projects.
