Job Responsibilities
Receive and handle client inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or web chat in a professional and timely manner.
Accurately update client details, inquiries, and follow-ups in the company CRM.
Proactively follow up with leads and existing clients to support sales conversion.
Coordinate with vendors/providers to obtain quotations and availability.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and invoices to clients.
Maintain strong post-sales client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prospect and reach out to new clients as part of business development activities.
Adhere strictly to company processes, communication standards, and response timelines.

Key Requirements & Skills
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Ability to understand and communicate clearly with different international accents (UAE, UK, European, etc.).
Must be highly responsive and available online throughout assigned working hours.
Robust customer service and sales communication skills with a polite and professional approach.
Proactive, self-driven, and organized, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.




Positive computer skills and confidence in using:
CRM systems

-Email platforms
WhatsApp Business / web chat tools

-Online documents, spreadsheets, and proposal tools
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technical platforms and internal systems used by the company.

Experience
2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, client support, or a related field.
Prior experience in remote roles, UAE/Gulf clients, or service-based industries will be an advantage.

Work Expectations
This is a remote position based in India.
Candidate must have:
A reliable internet connection and Laptop
A quiet work environment
Must remain actively online and reachable during working hours.

Compensation
Fixed basic salary + performance-based commission
Growth opportunities based on performance

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
