Supply Chain Management
Ensure smooth flow of materials and components for sheet metal production.
Manage vendor development, sourcing, and procurement activities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for seamless operations.

System & Compliance
Ensure ontime calibration of inspection instruments as per plan.
Support validation of panel checkers and gauges.
Drive compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards in SCM processes.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute material requirement planning (MRP).
Negotiate with suppliers for cost, quality, and delivery terms.
Track and optimize supply chain KPIs (lead time, cost,



inventory turnover).
Support new product development (NPD) by aligning supply chain readiness.
Implement lean practices and costsaving initiatives in SCM.

Skills Required
Robust knowledge of sheet metal industry supply chain.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar).
Positive analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Familiarity with quality systems (IATF, ISO).
