Comprehensive Eye Exams: Perform vision tests (refraction) and evaluate overall ocular health using specialized diagnostic equipment.
Diagnostics: Detect eye diseases, abnormalities, or injuries (e.g., glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy).
Visual Solutions: Prescribe and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and low vision aids.
Patient Education: Advise patients on proper eye care techniques, hygiene, and visual ergonomics.
Medical Collaboration: Work alongside ophthalmologists by managing pre- and post-operative care or referring patients for surgery.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient medical files and diagnostic reports.
Pay: ₹12,229.47 - ₹38,036.86 per month
