Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections of residential high rise buildings, including finishing works such as painting, plastering, and tiling.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations related to RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures.
Identify defects or deviations from standards during construction phases and recommend corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve overall project outcomes.
Develop and implement effective quality control plans for current projects.
