Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tally Prime Trainer to deliver effective training sessions on Tally Prime software. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, and business management concepts, along with the passion to train students and professionals. Freshers with good accounting and Tally knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Tally Prime.
Teach accounting concepts such as company creation, ledgers, vouchers, inventory management, GST, TDS, and payroll.
Design and update training materials, exercises, and assessments.
Guide students through hands-on practice and real-time accounting scenarios.
Evaluate trainees’ learning outcomes through tests and project assignments.
Stay updated with the latest Tally Prime features and statutory compliance updates.
Provide one-on-one support to learners and clarify technical queries.
Maintain attendance, feedback, and performance records for all batches.

Required Skills & Competencies:




Proficient in Tally Prime software (Accounting, Inventory, GST, and Reporting modules).
Strong grasp of Accounting fundamentals and taxation (GST, TDS, Payroll).
Valuable communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly with real-life business examples.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) preferred.
Tally Prime certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or a related field.
Additional certification in Tally Prime / Accounting / GST will be an added advantage.
