Key Responsibilities
Make calls and guide users through the mobile application.
Assist users with registration, login, navigation, and application processes.
Resolve basic app-related queries and provide step-by-step guidance.
Follow up with users and maintain call records.
Requirements
Fluent in English & Hindi mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications.
Patient and confident while assisting users over calls.
Telecalling/customer support experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
