Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and energetic Field Sales Manager to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, meeting corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through field sales activities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned market areas to identify potential business opportunities.
Meet corporate clients and understand their business requirements.
Generate recent leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and networking.




Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for consistent business growth.
Conduct a minimum of 4 client meetings daily.
Present company products/services to prospective clients and explain business benefits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain daily sales activity reports, client visit reports, and lead status updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in IT hardware product sales will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of lead generation in the corporate sector.
Existing network of corporate clients will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in B2B sales, field sales, or corporate sales is preferred.
Experience: 1- 3 years
