Requirement gathering, Solution Design and preparing Function Technical specification documents.




Prepare Cut-over and deployment plan and responsible for driving Post implementation hyper-care support and transition.
Work with IT and Business stake holders to translate requirements into a functional design
Prepare User Stories and lead the team to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming ,sprint retrospective ,spike creation for upgrade project
Strategic, cutting-edge thinking and vision
Strong business acumen
Excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills
Solid understanding of technology
Comfortable learning, using and explaining recent technology
Strong organization and time management skills
