About the Role
Gold Coin Realty is expanding and looking for a proactive Sourcing Manager to support growth across Panvel and Karjat. This role focuses on developing local networks, identifying opportunities, and supporting property sourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate property sourcing opportunities
Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local contacts
Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and listings
Monitor local market trends and opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Maintain records and regular follow-ups
Requirements
Experience in real estate, sourcing, sales, or business development preferred
Robust communication and networking skills
Knowledge of Panvel and Karjat markets is an advantage
Self-motivated and organized approach to work
