Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.
Perform installation and configuration of desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.
Install and configure office automation tools.
Support basic M365 application, antivirus and endpoint security management.
Communicate effectively with end-users and internal teams.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in troubleshooting and installation of IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners)
Understanding of Microsoft 365, antivirus tools and endpoint security
Basic knowledge about Servers, Switches, and Routers
Positive communication skills and skilled conduct
Open to traveling to client locations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
