About the Role
This is not a typical internship.
We are hiring a full time Operations Executive to work directly with the founder on core business operations. This role is designed for individuals who want to build, execute, and grow long-term, not for short-term experience seekers.
You will be involved in real business execution across multiple functions and will be expected to take ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day operational tasks across different business areas
Work directly with the founder on ongoing projects and execution
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow
Track tasks, updates, and follow-ups with accountability
Handle data, reporting, and analysis using Excel
Identify inefficiencies and improve processes
Support planning, documentation,
and communication
Requirements
Strong execution ability and problem-solving mindset
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal English)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
High ownership and accountability
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
