Vittafin Securities Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in sales and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and effectively present our products and services.
What You Will Do
Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
Contact potential and existing clients and understand their requirements.
Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
Requirements
Education: Any degree or relevant qualification.
Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in financial services, sales or customer relationship management is an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Good command of English and Malayalam.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
