Responsibilities
Conduct warm calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
Utilize telemarketing techniques to persuade customers to purchase products or services
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
Proficient in English with robust verbal communication skills
Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred
Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and close sales over the phone
Familiarity with sales software and market research tools is a plus
